“The technician arrived within the estimated time, and put on booties to cover his shoes upon entry. He was professional and personable. Then, after a brief discussion of what was happening with the fireplace he proceeded to meticulously inspected my gas fireplace, found and explained the issue, and fixed it because he already had the part he needed in the truck!”

Amanda was very helpful and suggested that I check my pilot switch to ensure it was in the on position rather than set to the pilot position. Amanda was right!! I had the switch on the pilot position. Once I turned the switch to on, the fireplace logs worked again. Amanda, thanks for the advice. I was called the day before to remind me of the time. Angela was right on time and explained everything she was going to do. She showed me exactly how everything on my fireplace unit worked and cleaned and inspected it thoroughly. All costs were explained up front.
