SMS Terms & Conditions

These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program offered by W.A. Tolbard. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from W.A. Tolbard at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include replies to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry; real-time answers to questions about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; feedback requests; and project or service updates.

2. Program Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — for example, when you request a quote or an appointment, or when we confirm or follow up on a visit. This is a transactional program, not recurring marketing.

3. Opt Out

You can opt out of this service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you one SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START, or sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages.

4. Help

If you are experiencing any issues, reply with the keyword HELP to any message. Or, you can get help directly from us at our Contact page.

5. Interruption

Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
